# Organization settings

> Edit your organization's public profile: logo, name, description, links, venue and more.

The **Organization** page controls how your organization appears on its public organizer page. Open it from **Organization** in the header.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Only owners, admins and managers can open this page. Other roles see **Access denied**.

The page is titled **Organization Settings**, with the subtitle "Manage your organization profile and settings."

## Logo, name and page URL

* **Logo.** Select the round logo area to upload an image. PNG, WebP, JPG or JPEG, up to 4 MB. If you have not uploaded a logo, the initials of your name are shown.
* **Organization name.** Required, up to 40 characters.
* **Page URL.** Shows the address of your public organizer page. Select it to open the page in a new tab, or use the copy button beside it to copy the address. The page URL is fixed when the organization is created and cannot be edited here.

## About My Organization

A free-text description of your organization. People see it on your public page. The placeholder reads "Tell people about your organization..."

## Optional sections

The remaining sections can be expanded and collapsed. Everything in them is optional.

> **Featured Event**
>
> Pick one of your upcoming events to feature on your public page. Open the list, search by event name, and select an event. Select **Clear selection** to remove it.

> **Website & Social Media**
>
> Add your **website** and your profile on social platforms. For most platforms you only type the last part of the address; the rest is filled in for you.
>
> * The website must start with `http://` or `https://`, otherwise the form shows "Please enter a valid URL" and you cannot save.
> * Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are available. Leave a field empty to leave that link out.

> **Community Groups**
>
> Link one community group. Choose **WhatsApp** or **Telegram** from the dropdown, then enter the group link ending. Only one platform can be active at a time; choosing the other one clears the first when you save.

> **Music**
>
> Add your **SoundCloud** and **Spotify** profiles.

> **Venue Information**
>
> Tick **My organization operates a physical venue** if it applies. A venue search then appears: type an address, choose a suggestion, and a map preview shows the location.

> **Public Metrics**
>
> Turn on **Display Number of Attendees** to show attendee numbers publicly.

> **Atmosphere Color**
>
> Choose an accent color for your page. Pick **None**, one of the presets (Red, Brown, Teal, Beige, Light Blue Gray), or a custom color using the color picker, a HEX value, or RGB values. Select **Apply Color** to confirm a custom color. A preview bar shows your logo and name against the chosen color.

## Saving

Select **Save** at the bottom. You see "Organization profile updated successfully" when it works, or "Failed to save. Please try again" if not. The button is disabled while the form has an error or while saving is in progress.

If you leave the page with unsaved changes, the portal asks you to confirm first.
