# Payment Links

> Create one-time payment links for custom amounts, share them by URL or QR code, and track who has paid.

**Payment Links** let you charge a buyer a specific amount for a specific item, for example a VIP table, without creating a ticket. You create a link, share it with the buyer, and they pay through it.

## Summary cards

* **Revenue**: total revenue from payment links, in the event currency.
* **Successful Payments**: the number of links that have been paid out of all links created.

## Create a link

Select **Create Link** to open the panel.

**1. Describe the item**

Enter the **Item** name (for example "VIP Table") and the **Item Price**. Both are required. The price must be greater than zero, with up to two decimal places (whole numbers only for currencies without decimals).

**2. Check what you receive**

**You Receive** shows the amount you will receive after fees for the price you entered.

**3. Enter buyer details**

**Buyer Name** is required and is shown on the receipt. **Buyer Email** is required and is where the receipt is sent. Tick **Use my email** to fill in your own email address.

**4. Add remarks and save**

**Remarks** is optional and for internal use only. It is not shown to the buyer. Select **Save** to create the link.

> Each link can only be paid once, and links expire 24 hours after they are created.

## Manage your links

Search the list with **Search by email or item**. The table shows **Buyer** (name and email), **Item**, **Price**, **Status**, **Revenue**, **Payment Method**, and **Remarks**.

Each link has one of these statuses:

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **pending** | Created and waiting for payment. |
| **paid** | The buyer has paid. |
| **expired** | The link was not paid in time. |
| **closed** | You closed the link. |

Open the menu at the end of a row for actions:

* **Copy URL**: copies the payment link so you can send it to the buyer.
* **Create QR Code**: for pending links, opens **Payment Link Details** with a QR code you can download with **Download QR Code**, plus the **Payment URL**.
* **Close Link**: for pending links. After you confirm **Close Link?**, buyers can no longer open the link and it cannot be reopened.
* **Download Receipt**: for paid links, downloads the receipt.

The refresh button next to the menu updates a single row so you can check whether a link has been paid.

## Export

Select **Export CSV** to download the list of payment links.
