# Guides by phase

> Follow an event from planning and ticket sales, through event day, to reports and follow-up.

Every event moves through the same three phases. Use these pages when you want to know what to do next at your current stage.

**1. Before**

Plan the event, set up tickets and forms, promote, and prepare your team. Optional: set up PLVR Tap if the event is cashless.

**2. During**

Scan guests in, sell at the door, run the desk, and handle cashless issues and cases.

**3. After**

Read the reports, check spending and promo results, and follow up with your audience.
