Once the doors close, the portal helps you answer four questions: how did we sell, how did people spend, which promotions worked, and who do we talk to next.

1. Review ticket sales

1

Start at the Overview

Open your event’s Overview page. Check Total Revenue, Tickets Sold, Page Views and Conversion Rate, and use the Trend chart to see when sales spiked.
2

Read Performance Insights

Revenue Source splits revenue into tickets, add-ons and payment links. Sales Attribution splits tickets into Full Price Sales, Promo Sales and Comp Tickets.
3

Check each ticket type

The Ticket Breakdown table shows Sold / Total (%) and Revenue for every ticket type, so you can see which tiers sold out.
4

Export the detail

Open the Ticket Report, apply a date range, session or item filter if needed, and select Export to download a CSV.
See Events overview and Ticket report.

2. Check attendance

On Onsite Operations, open Tickets & Entry and review Tickets issued against Entered. The Recent entry activity list shows what the team did at the gates. For Tap events, you can also check Wristbands for any that were lost or stopped.

3. Review cashless activity (Tap events)

1

Cashless Activity

Open PLVR Tap > Cashless Activity. The summary cards show Top-up Transactions, Top-up Amount, Spending Transactions and Spending Amount. Filter by Status, Top-up Channel, Top-up Station, Vendor or Sales Location, then Export a CSV of the current tab.
2

Spending Report

Open PLVR Tap > Spending Report. By Vendor shows Gross Sales, Refunded Amount and Net Sales per vendor. By Item shows what sold best.
3

Settle with vendors

On the By Vendor tab, use Export Report on a vendor row to download that vendor’s settlement report, or Export All Vendor Reports for the whole event.
4

Look for loose ends

In Onsite Operations, open Cashless and use Unresolved only to make sure no top-up is still waiting. Review Service cases for anything left open.
Top-up Amount excludes service fee and tax. See Cashless activity and Spending report.

4. Measure your promotions

Write down what worked while it is fresh. Next time you plan a campaign, start from Promote your event and reuse the winning channels.

5. Follow up with your audience

  • Followers lists everyone who follows the event, with Followed At. It is view-only, so use it to see how big your following is.
  • Audience (in the header) shows Total Unique Attendees, Returning Attendees and Retention Rate across all your events. Use Export CSV to download the returning attendees list.
  • To thank attendees or announce what is next, send an email campaign to Ticket Holders or to your own uploaded list.
Exports contain names and email addresses. Share them only with team members who need them.

After-event checklist

Vendor settlement reports are exported and sent.
No unresolved top-ups or open service cases remain.
Ticket Report and cashless exports are saved for your records.
Staff and vendor login codes are set to Inactive.
