The core team sets the organization up, builds each event and takes it live. In the portal this means the Owner, Admin and Manager roles. Owners and admins have full access to PLVR Business and PLVR Scan, and are the only roles that can open Team. Managers have access to both too, except Team Management; they can open Organization, Table Booking and everything inside an event.

What you can do

  • Edit your public organizer page: logo, name, description, links and more.
  • Add team members, change their role, and remove them (owners and admins).
  • Set up table booking for your venue.
  • See every event, change its visibility, and read its sales overview.
  • Edit the public event page: images, name, times, description and terms.
  • Set ticket prices, quantities and sale windows, and create add-ons.
  • Issue complimentary tickets.
  • Choose the questions buyers answer at checkout.
  • Review RSVP requests and see who follows the event.
  • Create login codes for your onsite team.

Good habits

  • Give scanners only the Scanner role, and managers the Manager role. Reserve Admin for people who need to manage the team.
  • Remove people from the team when they leave.
  • If you change your own role to one that cannot open Team, you may lose access to it straight away.
