Summary
Four cards at the top show how requests are going:- Total: all RSVP requests received.
- Approved: approved out of the total.
- Pending: still waiting for your decision, out of the total.
- Declined: declined out of the total.
The attendee list
Each row is one request, with these columns: a checkbox, Attendee (name and email), Status, Registration Time and Actions. Use the filter at the top to show only Pending, Approved or Rejected requests. Clear it to show All.Statuses
The summary card calls this outcome “Declined”, while the list and filter call it “Rejected”. They are the same thing.
Approve or reject one attendee
- Approve. Select Approve on a pending row. If your event has a single ticket type, the attendee is approved with it straight away. If there is more than one, a window asks you to select a Ticket Type. The button is unavailable if the event has no ticket types.
- Reject. Select Reject. The attendee is rejected immediately.
Edit a status
The pencil in the Actions column opens Edit Attendee. Choose a new Status (approved, rejected or pending). Choosing approved requires a Ticket Type. Select Confirm to save.- Approved attendees cannot be edited, so no pencil appears on their rows.
- A rejected attendee can only be moved back to pending.
View form responses
The book icon in Actions opens Form Responses, showing the answers that attendee gave on your registration form.Bulk actions
Tick the checkboxes to select several attendees, then select Bulk Actions. Choose a status, and a ticket type if you are approving, then Confirm.- You can select up to 50 attendees at a time. At the limit the button reads “maximum reached”.
- Selected attendees must share the same status. You cannot mix statuses in one bulk action, and approved attendees cannot be selected.
- Use the X beside the button to clear your selection.
