On a multi-session event a person can hold several tickets and wear several wristbands, but they share one wallet for the event. The balance never lives on a band.
Overview
The Overview tab opens with the participant’s name, email and phone, and a verdict:
Fact boxes summarize the selected event and its type, Admission (number of tickets and how many have entered), and on Tap events the active wristbands and the Cashless balance.
What needs attention
The most important part of the page. Each item says what is wrong, the next step, and a sentence marked “Say” that you can read to the participant. Items about a particular ticket show its Ticket ID. Where the problem can’t be fixed at the desk, a Record a service case button is offered. If nothing needs attention, it says everything is in order.Recommended action
When there is a suggested next step, a highlighted box names it and offers Start resolution, which opens that ticket’s guided resolution. See Tickets & Entry.Bought for other people
If this person purchased tickets for others, a panel lists them with an Open that person link. This person holds none of those tickets, so don’t admit them on one.Tabs
Cashless
The Cashless tab shows the wallet balance, whether it is Active or Frozen, and a note about ownership. If the person has no wallet yet, it says one is created when their details are completed. Three actions are offered here, because a money change has to name whose balance it moves:
The action panel works as described in Tickets & Entry. The money actions also ask for:
- Correct the balance: the amount the balance is out by, in whole currency (not cents), with a minus sign to take money off; Evidence (the cash count, terminal slip or receipt number); a written account in What did you verify? (at least 12 characters); and the confirmation tick box. Enter the amount the balance is out by, not the total that should be there. The panel shows “Will apply” with the signed amount before you confirm.
- Issue a reward credit: the amount to credit (a positive amount, in whole currency) and a label shown to the participant, such as “Loyalty Reward”.
