Tracking Links let you share your event page through different channels, such as Instagram, a newsletter, or a flyer, and see which ones bring visitors. Each link you save gets its own short URL and click counts. Use the Link Builder at the top of the page. Select the lightbulb icon for tips: use consistent campaign names across channels, avoid spaces (use underscores), and use an affiliate ID to track partner performance.
1

Choose a channel

Under Channel, pick a category, then a sub-channel. Until you pick a sub-channel, you will see “Please select a sub-channel”.
2

Name the campaign

Enter a Campaign name, for example spring_sale_2024. This is required.
3

Add an affiliate ID (optional)

Affiliate ID, for example partner123, lets you track referrals from a specific partner in orders and ticket sales.
4

Use or save the link

The Generated URL panel shows your link and how many extra parameters it includes. Select Copy to copy it, or the open button to preview it. Select Save to History to keep the link and start counting clicks.

Channels

Saved links appear in Link History, with the total number of links next to the title. The table shows:
  • Label: the link’s name, with its short URL underneath.
  • Destination URL: where the link sends visitors.
  • Channel: the channel and source.
  • Clicks: total clicks.
  • Unique Clicks: unique visitors.
  • Last Click: when the link was last clicked.
Use the buttons at the end of each row to copy the short URL (Copy Short URL) or open its QR Code. In the QR Code window you can select Copy QR Code or Download PNG. The page also shows Total Clicks and Total Unique Clicks across your links, and links are listed 20 per page.
Only saved links have their own short URL and click counts. Select Save to History for every link you plan to share.
