Top-up Setup is where you prepare the places and payment options for onsite top-ups. Find it under PLVR Tap in the event sidebar. It only appears for events with PLVR Tap enabled. The page has two tabs: Top-up Stations and Onsite Payment Methods.

Top-up stations

A top-up station is a physical location where staff add funds to attendees’ wallets, for example a main entrance or VIP area. Stations let you assign top-up staff to a location and track onsite top-ups by location. The table shows Name, Description, and Status for each station.

Add a station

1

Click Add Top-up Station

A Create Top-up Station panel opens on the right.
2

Fill in the details

  • Name (required), for example “Main Entrance”.
  • Description (optional, up to 200 characters). Use it for instructions or location details.
  • Status (required): Active or Inactive. It defaults to Active.
3

Click Create Station

The station appears in the table.

Edit a station or change its status

  • Click the pencil icon on a row to edit the name, description, or status, then click Save Changes.
  • You can also change Status directly in the table.
Inactive stations are hidden in PLVR Onsite but remain available for staff assignment.

Onsite payment methods

This tab lists the ways top-up staff can say the attendee paid, such as cash or card.
These options are used for reporting only and do not process payments. Take the actual payment with your own card terminal, cash, or other means.

Quick add

Click one of the Quick add buttons to add a standard method: Cash, Card, QR Payment, Bank Transfer, or Other. A button disappears once that method has been added.

Custom payment methods

To add your own method, such as Apple Pay:
  1. Click Custom Payment Method.
  2. Enter a Name (required) and choose a Status.
  3. Click Add Method.
Each method is labeled System (the quick-add options) or Custom. Only custom methods can be edited with the pencil icon. For any method you can switch the status between Active and Inactive in the table.
