The Audience page shows who is attending your organization’s events and how loyal they are. Open it from Audience in the header. Its subtitle reads “Understand who is attending your events and how loyal they are.” The figures cover your whole organization, not a single event.

Headline numbers

Three cards sit at the top:
  • Total Unique Attendees: the number of different people who have attended your events.
  • Returning Attendees: how many of them have attended more than one of your events.
  • Retention Rate: returning attendees as a percentage of total unique attendees.

Charts

“Number of attendees by events attended.” A bar chart showing how many people attended 1 event, 2 events, and so on.
“Cumulative returning attendees over time.” One bar per month. The bar shows the running total, with the part that is new that month highlighted (“New this month”) against the “Previous total”.
“Unique attendees who purchased a ticket each month.”
A chart with nothing to show displays “No data available.”

Returning Attendees list

Below the charts, the Returning Attendees table lists everyone who has purchased tickets to 2 or more events, with the total shown beside the heading. Columns: If there are none yet, the table shows “No returning attendees yet.”

Export to CSV

Select Export CSV above the table to download the returning attendees list as a CSV file. While it prepares you see “Exporting…”. The file name includes today’s date.
The export contains attendees’ personal details such as names and email addresses. Share it only with people in your team who need it.
