When a vendor adds or changes an item or category, the change is sent to you as a submission. It does not go live on the vendor’s menu until you approve it. The Approvals page, under PLVR Tap in the event sidebar, is where you review these. It only appears for events with PLVR Tap enabled. The sidebar item can show a badge so you can see when submissions are waiting.

What you see

Each row has three parts.
  • Submission: the item or category name with a status tag, the submission type, the Item ID or Category ID, who submitted it (vendor name, with an Inactive tag if the vendor is inactive, plus the login code used), when it was submitted, and the Submission ID.
  • Review Details: what was submitted. For a new item or category you see the submitted values (image, name, price). For an edit you see only the fields that changed, with Current and Requested values side by side. Click an image to enlarge it.
  • Actions: Reject and Approve buttons, shown on pending submissions only.

Statuses

Find submissions

By default the page shows Pending submissions. Narrow the list with:
  • Status: Pending, All Submissions, Approved, Rejected, or Withdrawn.
  • Type: All Types, Create Item, Edit Item, Create Category, or Edit Category.
  • Vendor: All Vendors or a single vendor.
  • Search by name, item ID, category ID, or submission ID.
The list is paged, 10 per page, and tells you the total and the sort order.

Check the details

For edits, compare Current with Requested.
2

Approve or reject

  • Click Approve and confirm. This creates the item or category using the submitted values, or applies the requested changes.
  • Click Reject, enter a Rejection Reason, and click Reject Submission. The reason is required (up to 500 characters) and is shown to the vendor.

Review in bulk

Tick the checkboxes on pending rows (or the checkbox in the header to select all pending rows on the page). A bar appears with Reject Selected and Approve Selected.
  • You can select up to 50 submissions at a time.
  • Bulk reject asks for one reason, which is shown on all selected submissions.
  • If some submissions can’t be processed (for example because they changed in the meantime), the confirmation message tells you how many were skipped.
Submissions from inactive vendors stay listed and reviewable. Check the Inactive tag before approving.
