Cashless activity

Cashless Activity lists the cashless transactions for the event: top-ups into attendees’ wallets and spending at vendors. Find it under PLVR Tap in the event sidebar. It only appears for events with PLVR Tap enabled.

Summary cards

Four cards at the top summarize successful transactions. Hover the info icon on each for its definition.

Top-up Transactions: number of successful top-ups.
Top-up Amount: total from successful top-ups. It excludes service fee and tax.
Spending Transactions: number of successful spending transactions.
Spending Amount: total from successful spending transactions.

Amounts are shown in the event currency.

Tabs and filters

Use the tabs All, Top-ups, and Spending. Each tab remembers its own filters.

Filter	Available on	Options
Status	All tabs	All, Successful, Cancelled
Top-up Channel	Top-ups	All channels, In-App, Station
Top-up Station	Top-ups	All Stations, or a specific station (inactive ones are marked)
Vendor	Spending	All Vendors, or a specific vendor
Sales Location	Spending	All Locations, or a location (narrowed to the chosen vendor)
Search	All tabs	Name, email, or transaction ID

The table

Column	What it shows
Transaction	Date and time (in the event’s time zone) and transaction ID.
Attendee	Name and email.
Activity (All tab)	Top-up or Spending, with the channel or vendor underneath.
Top-up Channel (Top-ups tab)	In-App or Station, with the station name when relevant.
Vendor (Spending tab)	Vendor and sales location.
Status	Successful or Cancelled.
Amount	Shown with + for top-ups and − for spending. Cancelled rows appear greyed out.

Use Previous and Next to page, and choose 10, 25, or 50 rows per page.

Export

Click Export to download a CSV of the current tab with your active filters applied. A message confirms how many records were exported.
